In Summer 2008 Nevafilm Company has become a member of European Digital Cinema Forum (EDCF).

The Company is the first Russian representative of the European Forum, which main aim is the unification of the professionals in the field of digital and electronic cinematography. Forum established to discuss key issues surrounding European Digital Cinema and to provide a basis of common understanding across all European territories of the business and technical matters of digital cinema. One of direction of Forum’s work is the development of private investment schemes and public support of digital cinema. In association with other interested bodies Forum conducts preparation of world standards for digital and electronic cinematography.

The participation of Russia in European Digital Cinema Forum in the person of Nevafilm Company opens wide opportunities for native cinema industry because it helps to share experience with European colleagues and participate in the salvation of world issues in the field of digital technologies and cinema industry.
